Festimo uses your waitlist details to share launch updates and to understand the celebrations people hope to plan.

What we collect

When you join, we save your email address, city, optional answer about what you would like to celebrate, the page you signed up from, and when you agreed to receive updates. The celebration answer is optional.

How we use it

We use your email for Festimo launch updates. Your city and optional answer help us understand interest in different places and occasions. We do not sell your waitlist details. The form does not send an automatic confirmation email.

Storage and analytics

The website runs on Vercel and stores waitlist entries in Festimo’s Supabase project. Vercel Web Analytics measures visits to public pages. Plausible measures page visits and broad actions, such as exploring a blueprint or joining the waitlist. These analytics events do not contain your email, city, or celebration answer.

How long we keep it

We remove waitlist entries after 24 months in a daily cleanup, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. Joining again updates your signup date. You can ask to see or delete your entry, or stop receiving updates, by emailing hello@festimo.ai from the address you signed up with.
